I ordered 3 phones within 5 minutes, easiest pre-order ever and I've had my share of frustrations over the years! Ironically, Google Chrome showed the Apple Store before Safari.

Just checked @8:22am and dates for Pro Max already slipped to October 2 - 7 for shipping.

The app didn’t let me in until 6 after, but once it did, I had my order placed in about 30 seconds. (I did the pre-preorder and only had to tap 3 buttons to finish.)

So Calif
Apple webpage loaded up at 5:05 am PDT.

Easy ordering since my Apple Card was pre authorized earlier in the week.

Didn’t have to refresh, just stayed on the page like it suggested and was in under a minute later.
Painless order this year
Of all my years doing this, never knew if you load the app and just sit there, that it eventually refreshes on its own? Every year I have my iPhone and iPad side by side and at 8am I start opening the app on each device and keep doing it till 1 let’s me in lol. Always works though, I’m in within 2-3 minutes every year.

The store opened 3 minutes late, and my order was one click since I had already set up the cart. No big deal for me either. September 20th delivery for a 16 pro max 512 in natural Ti.

My order was placed by 8:01am ET, and that was with having to enter my Apple Card security code and expire date manually for some reason. Smoothest pre-order ever, for sure!

Yep mine was much easier than previous years. I think it was 13.05 UK time and it’s due Friday 20th

Mine was smooth as silk, done in one minute…

But I forgot that my iCloud still has my old address o_O

Luckily I still know everyone in the old flat, but it means I’ll have a trek to make after work on Friday.

Not only easy, but almost underwhelming after hearing all the horror stories. This was the first year I decided to pre purchase and I was expecting at least minor issues.

Be thankful lol - previous years have been trying. Especially the years where EST folks had to wake up at 3AM to order.

This year though, smooth. Opened app, said we like that you're early. Then it changed stay on this page and then it change to show my pre order. Two taps and I was done. Not sure I parted with $1,850 dollars that fast before.

I'm very thankful, but I'm still not going to be at 100% until I have my phone in my hands. Something can still go wrong, particularly because of my local Apple store, I don't want to criticize, they've been known to botch things is the most diplomatic way I can put it, but it's 2 blocks from where I live so I will take ISPU any day over all the shipping/tracking fun.

Easiest pre-order ever was reluctant on purchasing, but only had to pay $160 with a trade in of my 15 Pro. Woke up at 7:30 and got a 1TB Natural Titanium and I go pick up at Apple next Friday!

I feel like the only person who had a smooth experience with T-Mobile. I was in the waiting room at 7:58 and it let me in right at 8, and I was confirmed at 8:03.

Did you setup preorders before today? Try that next time. I had the smoothest experience I've ever had today. I was done in 2 minutes.

Yes I did. Had to watch that page that said it would be ready soon and wait for 25 min (including some refreshes). Just not what I read what others experienced.
