Yummy!

For the sake of thread conservation I chose to resurrect this thread instead of start a new one. My wife frequently whines about not getting enough lobster and day dreams about our favorite lobster restaurant between the Boston Airport and Saugus, Mass. We were in Costco last night and purchased a 5lb box of Maine Lobster tails for $96. In explicable they had both cold and warm water lobsters in boxes side by side at the same price. Anyone who knows lobster knows the cold water ones are better, so I was surprised they were the same price. :p

Anyway I was expecting a box of itty bitty tails, but we were surprised with 15 NICE big tails. This is enough for the two of us to make 4 meals out of, so that works out to be $20 a meal at $10 per person for 2 nice big tails. Hmmm, boiled and dipped in butter. Quite a deal, especially if you were having a party! :)

I do not remember the seafood I had on the West Coast, but I've had some great seafood here in the East.

And in Huston. Good lord the fried catfish there was awesome (and huge. Mutant giant catfish slabs)...which would be Gulf Coast.
