Ok I am playing with the Doctor and at the bottom of the window noticed some thing that made me burst out can you find it??
lol :D I didn't get it until I said it out-loud and then it clicked. That's hilarious. :p

Doctor: Can you elaborate on that?

Me: No.

Doctor: Why not?

Me: Because.

Doctor: Would you please continue.

Me: No.

Doctor: Have you been just trying to see what kind of things I have in my
vocabulary? Please try to carry on a reasonable conversation!

:p

Whoever made the 'doctor' script has his heart in the right place and anticipated having desperate patients. It's obviously no laughing matter, but thoughtful none the less - tell the 'doctor' that you want to commit suicide, and see what happens.

I knew the shift one, but the control part is new.
Wow, shift & cntrl. combo is really slow!

another i found:

type "emacs -batch -l dunnet" (without quotes) into the terminal and it will bring up and old school text based game, kinda like a MUD, except you are the only one in it.

whoa, and the shift thing works with the other os x animations... like, when you press F11 and stuff. just figured that one out on my own...

I painstakingly recreated them last week from the blinkenlights star wars (telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl), I don't know how to make them display correctly here.

EDIT: it won't work here. but here's a txt file (see post #28 for file) that needs only to be changed to monospace

I just had to see if this works

EDIT: ooh it does.

Code:

By the way, does anyone know how I can make IPv6 work with Terminal so I can see the blinkenlights in colour?

I notice in the 'Network' prefs pane under TCP/IP it says Configure IPv4 but down the bottom of the pane it gives an IPv6 address as fe80:0000:0000:0000:0211:24ff:fe81:f5ce does this mean that it is possible to configure Terminal to display a telnet address that need IPv6? without buggering my system up. I'd really like to see the telnet star wars in colour if possible.

any help appreciated
