I'm jealous. I sold my black AT&T 16GB on Craigslist for $375, in mint condition. The box and original accessories sat in my closet for 16 months, untouched, so they were in brand new condition as well. Maybe I need to go the eBay route next time.

But, I can't complain. It covered the $318 I spent on my new 32GB 4S.

Typically it's a good idea to start eBay auctions at 0.01/0.99 - not $200.

If you want to set a reserve price (basically the minimum), you can try that instead and keep the auction start price at 0.99 (although you have to pay higher eBay fees for that)

$150 for mint condition 16gb black with box and everything. I paid $15 to ship it to her so I netted $135.
