Yep .buy something from him ..when it arrives ..say the box only had shipping materials. No item . Sometimes fire with fire is the only thing that works .

eBay Troubles with selling Galaxy S4...

I've also had a bad eBay experience and I've never sold anything again on there. I use free listing sites and it's local pickup only, no shipping.
Sellers really have no protection with eBay. Though I used that to my advantage when I paid for a used 12" PowerBook and the thing was in such a bad state the screen would barely stay up on its own. Seller refused a refund, and said I had damaged it. However, I didn't even need to escalate with eBay because the seller quickly refunded me when I pointed out he was using the same photos for all the 12" PowerBooks he was selling.
