I've been searching live for 2 days using keywords like macbook, macbook pro, wii, etc and no $200 or %25 live cashback links have been showing up on ebay links? has anyone else noticed this? did ms finally put an end to this deal?

for what it's worth, it worked for me just now when I searched for a macbook

It worked for me, too. Just browse on eBay for what you want to buy, then go back to live.com and enter "Macbook" and click on that eBay sponsored link on live.com to get your cash back.

well I had it working once but wasnt ready to buy. now I have another 100 dollars off ebay coupon and want to buy something and cant get the dm live search to come up again

I tried this earlier and I too didn't see large cashback offerings (e.g. for eBay) anymore -- only much smaller ones (5-7%) for other vendors.

I don't think eBay is running the ads - MS is. Because live is an ms product, they don't have to pay to get ad space.

I think the promo has just been discontinued for a while. I read that in the coming days they are upping it to 30% though.
