I'm getting this too (Safari, Leopard). FWIW I get it on all messageboards that run vBulletin, not just this one, but of course this one's closest to the subject

I get it on my own (private) board, which is running 3.6.8 PL1... the only release since has been PL2 to fix a security issue in Firefox, so I can't see that fixing anything.

I got this, too, 2 or 3 days ago. I was running safari 3 as well is OS X.

I've been getting this for months. Currently I'm using Safari 3.0.4. My guess is that it's a VB code problem since others have seen it in other forums.

surely the code creators can fix a simple bug??

It's a bug in this version of vB and can be fixed by simply updating to the latest version; unfortunately with a site this big that would take a lot of tweaking and a lot of downtime.
