Carrier EE orders confirmation

Anyone on EE UK got a confirmation email? I have an order but can’t find any details except a starting order email. I did online upgrade via EE app then had to ring up to confirm order. But ive had no order confirmation, no order tracking and still shows old contract in the app.

The entire upgrade process sucked yesterday.
 
I last used my EE upgrade 2 years ago but yeah it usually does suck.

You'll be absolutely oblivious to the fact that you've done anything until they despatch it and you get the emails/texts for delivery. Contract page normally updates the day after you've set it up.

I received a confirmation email shortly after placing the order. At 0800am today I received a text stating that my agreement is available to view online.

Yes i got an email with 003 number

did you order online or via phone?
 
I ordered online and received Xko number. Had to call in to confirm details and after that received the confirmation SMS.

But there is no email confirmation or either order number starting with 003.

Had a call with customer service and didn't even need to tell Xko number and she confirmed that order is confirmed and I will receive DPD notification before next Friday.

Is that annual upgrade or just regular upgrade?
 
What deals did everyone get on EE?
I opted for the 512GB Pro Max in natural titanium on an unlimited full works plan with free roaming for 78.48/month.

Still in two minds on whether to upgrade at all, given this being a relatively minor improvement on the 14 Pro Max.

Still not had any text or email to confirm all this except the initial order one to say I need to ring and confirm details. Which I did after 90 mins on hold.

Still no texts or confirmation email but apparently all fine when on to CS. Annoying. EE have been crap with this launch. So many issues.

Agree. I am not 100% clear on whether I will receive a phone or now. Order number reference isn't even working on their website or the app.
 
Got confirmation message from EE that mine will be delivered on Friday via DPD.
