EE's pre-order system was totally shambolic. I called at 12:55 on launch date and my order got put through on Sunday evening. Absolutely fuming. They have stated a 28 day wait. Anyone else in a similar position?

My order was confirmed at 17.30 on 15th and guy said 28 days
