I have these small little tapas frying pans - I use them to make personal sized fritatas - yum! Better than quiche or an omelet. I'll either do a single egg or one egg and another egg white, add cheese (asiago or parmesian) salt, pepper, and some combination of other spices/herbs, meat, crab, smoked salmon, onions, garlic, spinach, etc.

ooh yeah – fried egg and bacon sandwich, with parmesan shaved onto the egg in the frying process – a real heart stopper, but beautiful.

Oh man, eggs? I'm not a fan. Scrambled with fresh pepper they're ok every now and then, but something about them just makes me queasy.

I think there's too much emphasis on eggs as breakfast food. Eggs in French toast, eggs by themselves, eggs in omelets ... no thanks!

I couldn't agree more. I have been known to eat anything and everything, but something about eggs makes me the same way. They almost always "run" right through me. The only way that i can manage them is with a bunch of cheese and pepper and even then i don't find them that enjoyable.

I like duck eggs. Just when the head is formed and the feathers still soft. Dipped in some salt, pepper and garnished with herbs.

Sometimes poached... usually over easy but always w/ toast! Gotta soak up the runny yolk w/ the toast! Mmm... Of course I usually also have corned beef hash w/ all of this.

Oh, I should mention that this is only when I eat out-- don't really eat eggs at home otherwise (oooh, hardboiled if I've got to run).

Gotta love Eggs Benedict. I also love some over easy eggs drenched in Tabasco with some corned beef hash and potatos. Yum! I also find I prefer having breakfas foods like eggs at night, as opposed to actual breakfast time.

That's my favourite!!!
Especially Tabasco Habanero!!

OK, that finally does it.

I'm off now to poach some eggs right now, have them on hot buttered Vogels... how many shall I have, 2 or 3? They're large organic ones with thick shells and lovely yolks.

Eggs make my nose tingle. I can eat one, but about halfway through egg number two, I get this unbearable tingling and I have to stop eating them.

Isn't poaching illegal? I'll have to Google up poached eggs, because it's WTF is poached eggs?

Well I had 2 on toast for lunch, so I'd go for 2. hmmmmm....yummy. Make me some too will you please, I'm hungry again ;) :D

Don't think so... They're pretty hard to get over here for breakfast (Eggs Benedict at lunchtime are easier to find) whereas in the US, everywhere seems to offer them as a breakfast option.
mm hm! I only saw runny eggs when I was in London, not that I really mind or anything. :p

Sorry, finished them all. :D

Three... I'm afraid.

Right now I'm doing scrambled. I go through phases. Sunny side up with a waffle and sausage, yum. Mommy used to make them poached on toast when I was sick, still a little runny. Really don't eat as many with the ol' cholesterol eeking up there...
