Element Case Solace 5/5S

Here is response I received from Element:

"Thank you for your interest in Element case! The Solace case is designed and assembled in the US and does have a slight lip around the case which will prevent the screen from coming in direct contact with a surface. Hope this helps. Thank you and have a good day!"

So I would venture to say the poly is probably imported.

The back appears be combined into one piece with the side bumpers unlike the Sector 5 which has a separate back.

I am glad I asked because I don't want to pay this much for a made in China case.

You can buy a Magpul case for $12 and that is made in the USA.
 
I really like the look of this case. I preordered the blue one and it's on the FEDEX truck now for delivery this afternoon. I'll post a review once I get it.
 
Just ordered a 5s, though I won't be getting it until sometime next week most likely.
I have decided to get this case, but have a question for Canadians who have purchased from them in the past. I dread any shipping method besides USPS due to customs and duties. For Canadians who have ordered from them, is there any extra charges when the package gets delivered to you? If only they could ship via standard USPS instead.

Also, any screen protector should work with this, right? Any ideas what what the best screen protector is to get for the iPhone 5s? I just want to order everything now and have it all arrive at the same time in the next couple of weeks. :)
 
Definitely looking forward to a review on this. Just ordered a new 5s (upgrading from 4s and Element Formula 4 case) and I love the look of the red one.
 
I really like this case also. I'm kind off kicking myself for not pulling the trigger on a black one when I could because now they are out of stock but I'd love to see some pics before I purchase. Some real pictures and a review would be nice.

Was about to grab a solace earlier but decided not to the rubber soft coat on the body tends to chip i had it fitted and tested and when the seller was removing it from the body the paint started to come off on the edges.. with this in mind i might settle for the rogue case
