Element Vapor Case

Personally I love the case and I'm gonna post pics up later. I haven't received any problems with the GPS nor my signal of any kind. The headphone jack is like that so the people who use monoster headphones or any other headphones with the L shape will fit. I am not a big fan of the sim slot either but it is convient instead of taking out the phone to switch sims. It does collect dust but which case doesn't get dust anywhere none.

I think I'm going to give up on aluminum... Does anyone know of a plastic/non-metal bumper that replicates the sharp appearance of some of these aluminum cases?

look at the reviews and post on the electron case review thread. the posts are much better and i have one and it hasnt affected me at all. no horror stories like the element case

I just picked up a brand new element ar-15-v case on ebay for 120$ also comes with the carbon fiber back plate.(bidding) total 140$ with shipping. No way im waiting how many months to get one of these things.

I was very lucky to get it for what i did reading what everyone else is selling them for. And Yes this one is genuine, the seller is 99.8% + .

Lets just hope the signal isnt a problem :S

You must have been living under a rock. You hope there is no signal loss? You paid $120 for an a r15.

And I thought this thread was dead long ago...

wow...but at least it's "genuine" signal loss......
 
Seriously guys all these remarks about signal loss is getting old. I have one and signal is fine, no problem as with all my other aluminum cases. With all these aluminum cases that i have , the most is 1 bar drop. And if you're constantly in an area with 3-5 bars then 1 bar drop is no big deal . But if you're always in 1-2 bars area, which I think is unacceptable,you should consider switching carrier instead.

There are other options who want the same style as the Element Vapor that do not have the signal loss issues that the Element vapor has.

Sure it works for you, but there a LOT of folks who have had problems :mad: with the case. Paying 120$ for a case that you hope does not have signal issues, thats just :eek:!!

Yea I understand that a lot of people have problems with this case but like I said as with my experience I don't think any aluminum cases would make you lose more than 1 bar at most and I've tried them all. As for the look the Blade is my favorite but performance wise The Vapor has been the best performer for me so far.

Truthfully it depends on the time of day and overall which person is trying to buy.

I bought an AR15 on eBay for 120 shipped that is genuine though I have seen them for for as high as $400.

Just shop around and if the price seems too good to be true then it probably is. There is one listing that has Element in the title and even shows Element pics of cases, but towards the bottom it says like OEM and a few other key words that show it is fake.

Just buy smart and buy American. Not to sound racist or discriminatory, but for a price like $80 for a Buy It Now and being shipped out of Hong Kong, that seems fishy. Especially since that shop seems to have quite a few.

Then again, if you want just a Vapor that looks like one, you can get one of the known knock offs (search "iPhone 4 alluminum case"). Signal-wise for the average user will be about the same.

I will say that I don't have any signal/reception issues with my 2 Vapors (knock on wood), but my GPS is completely wrong all the time when installed.

I can take a picture of the case when I get home if you want but the only camera I have is my phone so you won't be able to see much.
