Anyone else recently received the element case? Have they changed the design to improve on the reception issue?
I don't think you can use someone else's code, it has to match the email or they wont ship the order. That is what my emails from them always say, so I wouldn't suggest using someone else's code. Just play the waiting game like everyone else.
I registered for pre-order July 29.
Got my order code today, now have to make my decision if I want to get it and if so what color.
Does anyone have a link to that post that had all the pictures of different color combos we've seen? I'm trying to go back and find it but not having much luck. I thought it was in asleeps sig, but I'm not seeing it.

I was gonna ask the same thing. I tried reading about 40 or so pages and I see some people are lining the inside of the case with insulation (3m stuff). Anyone more experienced with this case have anything to say? I'm trying to choose an aluminum case but it seems like reception is a common issue with all the ones currently on the market.
I ordered July 26th or something and just got my order. They seem to have good control of that aspect. I was sure they lost my placement. I guess not.

I also got my email notification yesterday and I'm probably not going to get it. I really wanted the AR-15 model to match my AR-15 rifle. At the time I was like, $100 bucks, not too bad. Now that I can order, I'm like $100 bucks plus backing plus shipping and a price of like $130 or so, is too much. Plus I want to put the phone in the tripod for photos and videos, which can't happen unless I tediously remove the case everytime I want to do that. But it looks so nice, and I read somewhere that someone else in honolulu has no issues with signal strength and gps. I have a few more hours to decide.....

Now that I got rid off two of them cases I do NOT recommend it to anybody!
Yes, I could hold the phone in whatever way I wanted, BUT besides of loosing 0-1 bar of the 2G/3G signal which wasn't a concern of mine (which didn't really affect the quality of calls or 3G internet), the GPS signal dramatically dropped. At home, indoors, without the case I found a fix within seconds, perfect fix. With the case on, if you're not moving, outdoors, you may get a fix eventually, but it will jump from one place to another. And during a drive TomTom was unusable.

I think those of you who get the code should use it because I think the window to sell these for a (an awesome) profit on eBay is starting to close. By the way the only ones I see going for 200+ are the Flat Black ones, but it's real sketchy. They start at .01 and for no reason someone with 0-5 feedback bumps it up to 100...then 150...then 200, all bids are mostly the same person. Then the bid that is $270 is some dude withe 0 feedback

The last two I sold went similar. I only ran with 3 day auction. First 24 hours it went from .99 to low $100's. Then it sat there till a few hours before the auction ended around $180-$190
My last one I tried allowing international shipping to see if it would increase the price, but in the end it actually brought only $6 more then the first.
I would say you're right though. The window for profit is dropping off.

Just placed an order with Vaja for the iVolution Grip in Yellow. Miss u guys (White/Rhino, SophiaLee, Rooskibar03, BlackedBobby, bbotte, RandomPerson).
