he really isHahah.
He'll be sued for billions. There stock dropped because of him. People quit because of him. They laid off people because of him.

For sure, but so can he. A better one even.
You’re right. Tesla haven’t really solidified their head start but there’s a second EV revolution further down the line, and that’ll be the breakthrough into the huge EV-resistant market. You know the ones, who are just opposed to good things just because certain other people support them. Engaging with that market is going to need big brash political stunt of some kind…Tesla, and Elon, will be credited for kickstarting the EV revolution. Deservedly so. High five. But once the major automakers go mainstream (ex: the Honda Civic EV), which is months away, it’s game over. No way Tesla can hang with their mass-production experience and overall network and partners. I’ve said that from day one - which has been an unpopular pov. And I get why. But it’s never seemed more apparent. To me. That said, I could be completely wrong. Would not be the first time. 😂
No it’s not. We could make the claim but everybody would see that we wouldn’t have a point.Hate speech itself is opinion. Anyone can claim anything is hate speech. I could claim your comment is hate speech. You could do the same to me. It’s arbitrary.
The stock dropped because of him? All tech stocks are down massively lately. Why would Musk pay 44Bn for a company that is currently traded for less than 30Bn?Hahah.

That’s how it looks to me too, friend.I don't believe we do. However, spam accounts are just part of the game these days. Pretty much every online site has them and they are deceivingly difficult to eradicate. This argument is just an excuse to get out of the deal and nothing more.
An accusation is hardly the same thing as fact. Elon is known for playing fast and loose with facts as it suits him, so personally I’d take his accusations with a large grain of salt.SEC Filing
We'll see where this goes - and I'm not sure Elon's done trying to buy Twitter - but expect this to get ugly.
I miss the days before social media and smart phones. :/Everyone would be better off if twitter and all social media disappeared...
I don’t disagree, but the method to expose is of great importance. Frankly, you make the argument that the lies should stand so that they CAN be exposed for what they are. Now, we just have arbiters behind the scenes with little accountability. There is a big difference between opinion and flat out lies. It’s critical we expose the latter, no matter their origin. Doing so isn’t bias, it’s having integrity.
Liars that hide behind the shield of “opinion“ as some bizarro form of justification to continue lying, is the opposite of integrity. It’s complete cowardice. And transparent af.
Except that’s not the case… at all. Studies have shown QUITE THE OPPOSITE in fact. There is something good that's come from this though. Musk truly exposed the extreme left wing bias running the company that favors censoring opinion it doesn't like.
The Twitter vs. Elon controversy is only about money, as is everything else Elon does. Everything.Musk exposed Twitter for what it is, a mirage designed to lean way left. Was his intention to only expose and step away? Who knows but I’m sure he’ll be fine.
I also enjoy the hypocrisy of those that loved him before for Tesla and then their disgust that he wanted free speech for all on a potential purchase. He wasn’t even a conservative and saw the error in silencing one side. That alone got him hated by a large group.
When did people resort to just reading headlines and watch ads(interviews, product presentations, TED talks, etc.)?Elon… what a loser. He’s done nothing except build an electric car company from the ground up, create SpaceX and create Neuralink. Anyone could have done that!
