Thats really the one that does it for me.. I am not buying a Tesla now...And he had babies with 2 women.

To say Musk is the worst when Tesla’s patents are open sourced “because if some other company comes along and does things so much better than us that we shut down and go bankrupt, I still think that’s a good thing for the world” is laughable. Such an attacking society we live in.Hahah.
He'll be sued for billions. There stock dropped because of him. People quit because of him. They laid off people because of him.
Musk is the worst
The Forbes monkey network is not a valid source. Citing it invalidates any argument you have made or will make.I agree
"Most merger agreements do have an obligation on the sellers’ part to assist the buyer with due diligence. But Musk waived that.” Yes, he certainly did forgo his right to due diligence back in April when he first struck a deal with Twitter’s board."![]()
Elon Musk’s Twitter Deal Has Become A Multibillion-Dollar Game Of Chicken
It doesn't matter whether the billionaire is actually right about bots on Twitter. He nonetheless probably has enough leverage now to force the company to renegotiate its sale price.www.forbes.com
Update: Twitter chairman Bret Taylor says that Twitter's board is "committed to closing the transaction" and plans to pursue legal action to enforce the agreement.
I don't believe we do. However, spam accounts are just part of the game these days. Pretty much every online site has them and they are deceivingly difficult to eradicate. This argument is just an excuse to get out of the deal and nothing more.Do we know this - that Twitter knowingly counted spam accounts as MAUs - as fact or are we just speculating here?
This is just posturing on Twitter's part. With Telsa's stock in the dumpster Musk doesn't have the money to buy Twitter anymore. Twitter wants its $billion break up fee.So if Twitter sues Musk to "enforce" the agreement... and that agreement was Musk buying Twitter... then that means an extremely bitter Musk will end up owning Twitter.
Right on.Seemed like he wasn't serious from soon after the deal was announced. He must have just changed his mind. The spambots excuse seems silly.
John Wayne Gacy gave kids candy. The audacity of the world calling hm a serial killer just because there were a few bodies buried under his house is insane when you think of all the kids that would not have gotten free candy if not for him.To say Musk is the worst when Tesla’s patents are open sourced “because if some other company comes along and does things so much better than us that we shut down and go bankrupt, I still think that’s a good thing for the world” is laughable. Oh you mean those best-selling cars? Yes, so embarrassing.Embarrassing just like Tesla’s cars.
A year ago I would've dismissed this comment, but I have to agree. I rented a Tesla and it was the worst vehicle experience I've ever had. Car was great until it stopped working at a supercharger and had to be towed to a Tesla dealer. Complete incompetence there from top to bottom: no regard for customer service, including but not limited to closing the dealership and leaving me there locked inside while I waited in the waiting room for an update on the car and telling me (untruthfully) that the vehicle couldn't be opened so my belongings (including medicines) would be stuck inside for weeks.Embarrassing just like Tesla’s cars.
SEC filings are public. Anyone can pull the docs to verify for themselves.Do we know this - that Twitter knowingly counted spam accounts as MAUs - as fact or are we just speculating here?
Hate speech itself is opinion. Anyone can claim anything is hate speech. I could claim your comment is hate speech. You could do the same to me. It’s arbitrary. Not everything someone says is an opinion. Like hate speech. You try to label it as an opinion and everyone who is against it as “extreme left”, but it won’t work.
They’re too busy hating on someone to see through to the facts. They don't know what they want.
It’s been reported elsewhere, literally from day 1.The Forbes monkey network is not a valid source. Citing it invalidates any argument you have made or will make.
How is ANY of that his fault?Hahah.
He'll be sued for billions. There stock dropped because of him. People quit because of him. They laid off people because of him.

Not sure I accept the analogy. This man is talking about accepting bankruptcy and worse, the dissolution of his empire, specifically for the greater good of the world.John Wayne Gacy gave kids candy. The audacity of the world calling hm a serial killer just because there were a few bodies buried under his house is insane when you think of all the kids that would not have gotten free candy if not for him.
