Email Templates for Newsletters in iOS

Hey all,

I'm about 98 percent of the way of going with an iPad Pro as my only machine, but I have two hurdles I can't seem to overcome:

1. For my job (media analyst and researcher) I need to send out a template newsletter kind of thing of individual news stories (see picture - company logo replaced) and there doesn't seem to be a way of doing this on any iOS email app (I have an exchange account for work)
2. I know I'm probably just blind, but I've hunted the forums and can't seem to find a format painter option in Excel for iOS.

Any help? First post ever after surveying the forums for years!

Thanks, works ok, looking for a little more creative ability long-term though.

Consider a service such as MailChimp. You'd be able to design very nice looking, magazine-style, mobile friendly emails.
