The earth produces EMF in the form of static fields. The typical, consumer level EMF meter used to detect EM radiation from house wiring, computers, appliances, etc. is a low-frequency AC EMF meter, which isn't going to be able to detect or measure the earth's (DC) EM radiation.

You know what? That damn song was played just about every day for a full year at my old high school. Over and over and over again. I got sick of it so quick, but I couldn't escape it. It was always around me. Someone was either playing it on their Walkmans, or singing it to themselves. I dunno why it became such a huge dark horse pep rally hit all of a sudden. I mean it was an old song by that point. Yet...damn.
