It is still available.
There's a new server for iSpazio's Cydia repository.
Add this source to Cydia :
Cydia > Manage > Sources > Edit > Add

Good info to know; but does anyone know if the Emoji craze has calmed down? Or has it just continued to be crazy, just not on these forums? All my friends are wanting emoji on their phones, but unable to get it...

^ I believe a lot of people only want it because it's not available (by default). That's just the nature of things, and it gives them something to complain about. 😀

Myself, I don't see what all the fuss is about.
