Hi,
Recently I've updated my MBP M1 Pro to Sequoia 15.3.1 from the latest Sonoma and noticed that probably Enhanced Visual Search stopped working or wasn't working at all: initially, when the Sequoia was installed I noticed a label "Looking for location" or something similar when I was clicking info button for a photo in Photos.app. Then I've disabled Enhanced Visual Search in Photos settings for a day or so and manually deleted caches here:
Code:
/Users/user/Library/Containers/com.apple.mediaanalysisd/Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.mediaanalysisd/com.apple.e5rt.e5bundlecache
because this folder was occupying too much storage. Then I've reenabled Enhanced Visual Search, caches begin to grow again, signaling that Enhanced Visual Search works, but after a month I don't see that it found anything new in my photo library (20 000 photos in total with some landmarks without geo tags).
In logs there is a line when I open info page for a photo in Photos.app:
Code:
Subsystem: com.apple.VisionKit Category: com.apple.VisionKit.processing

Photos VSGating: Could not get visual search result from MADService with Error Domain=VisualIntelligence.FlowError Code=1
Looks like something is wrong.
Any ideas? Does anybody have the same line in logs when accessing info for a photo in Photos.app?
