Pissed off people? I'm one of them. Suddenly my iPhone 5 yesterday tells me the phone needs to be activated by entering my apple sign-on/password info. Since the developer site is it won't reactivate. Plug into my computer and it tells me my ios7 has expired and to update. Won't update because I have "find my iPhone" is activated. Now what, wait for the developer site to come back. I have a phone that cannot even be used.

I disagree. I paid the $99.00 for a developer account and never got a notice to update to the GM ios7. It is apples fault.

I just found one email. It says, "To prepare your apps for the App Store, download the GM seed of iOS 7 and Xcode 5, test, and optimize for iOS 7. Submit your apps today."

----------

You got the notice weeks before iOS 7 was even out.
You also could have updated to iOS 7 at launch and restored your phone from a previous 6.1.4 backup.. You also could have DFUed your phone.

If you are getting a message saying your iCloud Find my iPhone is turned on and can't get in your phone, go to iCloud.com, target your phone in the find my iPhone app, and hit erase iPhone to bypass it.

DFU bypasses Find my iPhone. But the easier way to do it is just to download the ipsw from the developer website, hold "option" while clicking update, and then have 7.02 on your phone with all the data retained.

----------

This is not Apple's fault, its people for putting on a beta on your phone and you are not a registered developer. Developers would already have been issued a Master Copy of iOS 7. The fault is they never got rid of beta when iOS 7 came out.

Yep completely agree. I was just saying that macrumors never made a post stating the people needed to update their phone to GM. If people didn't have developer accounts or didn't pay attention to their emails they would, unjustly, be pissed off at Apple. A message from MRs, while not required by them by any means, may have helped some people. That's all I was trying to say.
