I had my first coffee in (or, rather, at a table outside, windy weather notwithstanding), a coffee shop in around five months.

A Brazilian flat white, and, although it was served in a paper cup, it was simply delicious.

This morning, I prepared a coffee which comprised a blend of three coffees - of my own devising - from east Africa, Ethiopian, Kenyan and Ugandan - with organic full fat, hot milk.

Enjoyed a delicious coffee this afternoon: The coffee was a blend of my own devising - a blend of coffee beans from Kenya, Ethiopia, and Uganda - served with organic, full fat hot milk.

Just dropped through my letter box. Some fresh beans from Pact Coffee. Not seen or heard of these Ethiopian beans before?

Do enjoy.

Let us know what they are like.

This morning, I treated myself to a blend (of my own devising) of three coffees from east Africa, Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia.

Actually, on a rare visit to my favourite coffee shop, I treated myself to two different Ethiopian coffees today, one naturally dried (Ethiopian Guji) and one washed (Yirgacheffe).

Prepared a good ol moka using my faithful Bialetti.
Ah, I love my faithful Bialetti, - battered, but a gift from my godmother, who bought it on a trip to Italy a few decades ago - and my somewhat more modern Villeroy & Boch porcelain moka pot.

That gives me an idea for my coffee tomorrow morning.
Moka pot coffee to be served with (organic, full fat) hot milk. And perhaps a spoon of organic double cream.....

Enormously enjoyed my cup of Ethiopian (prepared with a blend of my own devising of two different types of Ethiopian coffee) coffee, with organic hot milk and a few spoons of organic, double cream this morning.

And enjoyed my coffee this morning also; a blend of two types of Ethiopian coffee, plus a spoon of Ugandan coffee, organic, full fat hot milk, and a spoon of double cream (organic).

Absolutely wonderful.

When “sheltering at home” started I went through latte withdrawal so I researched and ordered an affordable but good quality espresso machine and grinder. Now my wife and I enjoy lattes every morning that are more consistent and taste better than I used to get at a local coffee shop. Cheaper too. Here’s what I am using:

Fascinating that people claim Trump is racist but ignore some of Biden’s racism.

I finally joined the club last night!

My coffee tree in my backyard has finally began to fruit after 1.5 years

Looking forward to learning to roast and having the freshest cup of coffee you can get.

Gorgeous set-up, and I am suitably impressed by the coffee plants (and cherries, and beans).
