iPhone ETA for mobile substrate (ios 7)

Your phone will REALLY become unusable if you try to run an app or tweak that doesn't get processed correctly.

He already rescinded that:
"This only works on evasi0n 1.0.1 because it relies on the feature I had evad3rs add so I could solve this problem "correctly". In that light, it probably does work (it is not "dangerous" as I described the previous ones), but there is still little point in installing it because clearly a new build of Substrate would come out soon using this new feature I got from evad3rs ;P. (Which didn't happen yet as I took Christmas Eve/Day mostly as a holiday.)
(This does, btw, also argue that what I should have had them do is just reactivate launchd.conf... or maybe done that in addition to the rc.d thing... I kind of thought about that a couple days later, wasn't certain if it would work, and didn't have the energy to go back and beg for a different feature. Whatever... the rc.d thing probably needed to be done someday anyway... but maybe I will try to talk to planetbeing today.)"

Removed the MS reload hack, installed the one from parrot geek, then read that it only works on evasi0n 1.0.1?

Any updates on this? It has been a few days and I'm aware that there is a 32-bit work around, but I'm specifically interested in the 64-bit MobileSubstrate update. Anyone hear anything regarding this?

Interesting that everyone here calls him Saurik whereas he himself says it is saurik.

It's probably not that simple, it wasn't until I met him that I realised what a difficult job he has.
I think updating MS isnt actually that hard.
Making the jailbreak was. Also remember cydia is basicly a web browser. Although that has nothing to do with MS. Saurik just knows how to make his stuff.
Where you meet him at? I am not even going to JB my 5S until all pieces are in place. I did do my 5 and some things work, most don't.
Cydia is not a web browser, it's a deb installer. But it's not as simple as you seem to think.

I met him at the first jailbreakcon in London. IH8Sn0w won the ticket by donating the most but couldn't make it so gave his ticket to me. A very interesting conf.

I know its a installer. But installing isnt hard. Basicly its unzipping.
And im talking about the basics of cydia. Not every detail of it.
Saurik isnt the king of coding. He basicly makes simple tools. He knows how apple works though. He makes everything work simple and knows whats needed and when.
He is also awesome for doing it for free.
He is surprisingly good. And he also runs the servers that make things just 'work'
The basics of most things are simple, actually making them work is the difficult bit.
And he does it very well.
Even with the release of MS, there will still be very little that will work. Not much has been updated to support iOS7. I put it on my iPhone 5 until I can do my 5S and it's kinda boring right now. All the cool stuff isn't ready.
The mobile substrate we are all waiting for will arrive in 2014.
Gonna have to wait till next year.
