now are you referring to cases or your phones? I can't imagine they will have all the different colored phones in stock over the next 14 days, which will make a simple switch kind of hard. Right?
I’m talking about phones. This is why they told me I can’t just walk in but need to call beforehand (when they open) so they can check if it’s in stock and keep it for a short window of time.
They have new phones everyday so if I really « need » to change, I need to call everyday until they have it in stock.

I'm from Romania, here from last night we started to see messages at authorized re-sellers (we don't have official Apple Store) that all models will be available for preorders from 6 Nov and delivery from 13 Nov - for all 4 models, is strange to see such a delay for iPhone 12 and 12 Pro and the Mini and Pro Max to be released "on time". I see that in the turkish Apple Store is also not available and no date set either
Mine just arrived now !!! I got 30 min for unboxing and contemplating.... before 2 hours meetings and follow-ups....

You're probably in Wave 2. Check your Apple Authorized Reseller (could it be iStyle?) for news. And if it's indeed Wave 2, they've grouped all 4 models (mini, 12, Pro and Max) into one window: 6th Nov pre-order launch, 13th Nov: live order plus pre-order delivery. Which is kinda cool for those who are waiting for the Pro, it is sync'ed with US Wave 1.
Also Wave 2 here, Romania. Can't wait for my Pro Max in Pacific Blue!

Mine just arrived!! The delivery guy said he is delivering 18 iPhones in my neighborhood haha
