Well, I lost hope too soon. Got a SMS 10 minutes ago from DHL, it's in delivery courrier now (at 5 PM, a bit odd lol) so I'll get it this evening

it's a pacific blue but in indoor light it looks almost like graphite! Today the weather was so dark and rainy, I couldn't really see it's real colour so I'm looking forward to brighter days.
Congrats guys, you are lucky. In Romania the preorders are starting on 6th of November with deliveries on 13th. I think we are always on the second wave because we don’t have an official Apple Online Store yet. Don’t know what is taking Apple so long to open one, it’s a country with 20 milion people and sales around 300k iphones a year. Hope that next year we will be sharing the goodies with you in the first wave. Enjoy and show us more pictures and 5G speed tests.
Loving my graphite 12 Pro . I was wondering about something 🤔. After going into Settings-Cellular , no where do I find anything about 5G ( Yes , I know it's not everywhere yet..)

Under Cellular > Cellular Data options, there's the option to turn on or off the 5G. If you don't see it, it's because it's not yet available for your operator...

I guess Monday, it will be shipped tomorrow with delivery on Monday.
It's Voice Over LTE, so a normally better quality audio call while on 4G. It also normally allows you to use the data while making a call without dropping back to 3G.

Not that optimistic. Realistic. The worst it will be is Tuesday, but most likely Monday excluding delivery issues or remote areas.
I hope so. At the moment it hasn’t been shipped yet, still on “preparing for shipment”. Maybe it will ship on Monday.

It will ship tomorrow or even tonight. Then overnight to you via DHL or UPS (not yet sure which is chosen where...).
Cool. Also I’m seeing that Apple updates the status of the shipments very late. So hopefully it has been shipped but Apple hasn’t updated the order 😬
You should get an e-mail from DHL/UPS, a text message (DHL) and an email from Apple.
I just noticed that the wall charger (order placed this morning) has been shipped, I checked the order from the app.
But I didn’t get any email either from Apple or the carrier. Weird. Anyway... let’s see.

Very similar situation. I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro 256 (Pacific Blue, not Graphite) like 20mins after the pre-order like you. I was on "processing" status since this morning, now I have "preparing for shipping".
My est. delivery is 30 Oct - 4 Nov.
Very similar situation, I guess it will change in "prep for shipping" for you as well.
I ordered the 12pro 128 pacific blue around 15 min after pre-order launch and am still on processing ("Vorgang läuft"). In the order email it said that the estimated delivery is from 26-28 Oct, in the app its only saying 28 Oct.
I‘m also in Germany and have ordered exactly on launch time my order is a 12pro Silver my date is set to 3-10 Nov, and today night the status did change from processing to preparing to ship.
