Also Germany here. Ordered the Pro Max 256 GB in gold through my carrier (O2). Had to refresh the site for 40 minutes before they finally put up the preorder site around 2:40pm. 
No delivery date yet. Though usually you'd get the phone on release date if you ordered in time. Fingers crossed.

That was fast: my order status has changed to "preparing for dispatch" 😁 👍
I have two 12 Pros. One with a *noticeably* dimmer screen than the other. The dim one is fine by older phone standards, the bright one is so bright and vibrant, it's almost painful to look at in a darkened room.
EDIT: This problem has now been solved by the disabling the buried 'auto brightness' setting in accessibility>display & text size!

Ordered a graphite 12 pro 128gb early on pre-order day and still waiting for delivery in Sweden. Apple.com says arrival at “3 Nov - 10 Nov” but the progress bar is stuck on processing. Getting a little anxious...
I ordered around the same sort of time but I'm getting a delivery date of between 18 - 23 November.
I ordered two Max on Friday. My in-Store pick up one is fine but for some reason the shipping one hasn’t changed the update since Friday and I cannot reach anyone by phone. Ever
Why should it change? You won’t get it until Friday; depending on where you live shipment takes max 2 day. When I ordered the pro I had “preparing for shipment until Thursday morning. Then it changed to shipped and I got it Friday morning.
it says „waiting on payment“ and „your order has been moved back“ but according to the geniuses this is wrong. They got the approval from the financial institute within the hour on Friday

Shop went online around 14:05 for me. Went on to buy 12 Pro Max 128GB in Pacific Blue.
I had a direct link do this config so as soon as the website went online and it was immediately showing delivery on Monday, 16th. Completed order at 14:07.
Last night I got information about the delay. It now shows delivery between 17th and 25th Nov.
I had similar issue with iPad Air 4. Gen couple of weeks earlier. Ordered for Monday delivery, then delayed and actually arrived a day after the latest predicted date.
Will try to call sales today but I don't think it'll help

Same here, in Germany. I didn't read the whole thread: do we know which carrier is used in Europe for delivery?
Pretty sure they'll start shipping them tomorrow.

mine is due to friday, still preparing to despatch but not too worried bc yeah, they can dispatch it on thursday and its still here by friday
Ahh nice, since I'm from Prague I hope mine will be delivered on Friday morning.
I lost my X during the summer (rafting trip, don't ask.. 😅) had to survive with an 6S 16GB until now and I can't wait for my new Pro Max in Midnight Blue 🤩
Anyway, the Apple website still shows "Preparing to Ship" but I guess that's understandable if it's in Prague already.
