iPhone 12 Europe iPhone 12/12 Pro/12 Pro Max (2020) Orders and Dispatch Thread

German here, too, with a 12 Pro Max order scheduled to arrive on Friday. For my location (Berlin), Apple Store orders and Apple Care replacement devices are usually dispatched overnight from Prague via UPS. I expect the new iPhone to arrive the same way.
All my past shipments were sent from Milano (IT), some via Leipzig (DE), always with DHL. I'm guessing they already have launch day iPhones somewhere around Europe, otherwise no way they'll ship from China tomorrow and be here on time.
A friends regular Pro shipped 1.5 weeks early today with delivery tomorrow instead of the 19th
Ireland here order a 128 Graphite Pro Max, had some issues getting on but got my order in and it said delivery on the 13th but by the time it all went through it changed to 18th as the delivery date. Then I noticed my postcode was missing so I added it and then got a new window of 17th to 19th... ah well... I guess there are worse things that could have happened 
it's just sitting on processing so not expecting any surprises... unlike how my 2020 Macbook Air got here early.

Anyone order from MediaMarkt.de? They claimed 13th delivery when ordering 1-2 days ago.
I assume they are screwing over customers and don't have that many on hand. They probably falsified infos to get more orders. Supposedly will arrive tomorrow but no shipment email yet..

i have a feeling thats whats going on with my order. They should get sued by someone. Ridiculous. Screw MediaMarkt!
No official shipment confirmation on my side yet (ordered at apple) but a shipment just showed up in UPS mychoice with delivery date Friday 13th.
@elhungarian: They pull this of every year at Mediamarkt. Check the wording, the product page states "Lieferung ab" and not "Lieferung am" which is more generic and essentially means it's delivered as of this date, but not at that specific date.

they always claim this unfortunately. I ordered the iPad Air 4 two days before launch and they also claimed 1 - 2 days. I haven’t heard back from them since then! Thankfully I had picked in store pick up with paying at the store so I just ignored it and found it on Amazon. Delivered 1 day after launch
Here DHL sms as well, few minutes ago.
DHL gets my mobile number from apple as I provided it during check out & payment.
Inbound from Eindhoven NL for NL delivery.
