Space Grey Max 256GB. No problem ordering, just like last year. Seems to me more people are hesitant on ordering on release day. Perhaps due to the high prices?

Denmark

3 weeks mine... Portugal too.

Yes, the Xs Max base model delivery dates were quick to slip to October. And the 256 GB model in Space Gray has just slipped as well. Thankfully I was done checking out at about 8:05am.

mine is going to be delivered on the 21. XS MaX Space Grey 256GB. im from Spain
Do you know which networks will use eSIM? I’m in Lanzarote and spoke to Movistar, Vodafone and Orange yesterday. Despite Vodafone listed on Apple site they appear to know little and say they’re only testing it out. The only people who knew what I was talking about was Orange, and they don’t know when it will be available.

"Only nine countries offer eSIM support right now: Austria, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, India, Spain, the UK, and the US. Sprint and smaller carriers in the US don’t offer eSIM support, meaning that customers will need to switch over to T-Mobile, Verizon, or AT&T in order to enjoy that feature."

But what Apple says isn’t necessarily what the carriers say. Support in Spain for eSIM does NOT exist currently despite what Apple might say.

Just changed from XS 64 GO to the 256 GO after my husband told me it was better as we were going on a trip in a few months and usually I take a lot of photos and a few videos.
Luckily the 256 GO was still available for September 21st delivery.
Space Grey in France

Delivery dates have not slipped as much as I would have expected.

On the french store only the space grey XS and XS max have had their delivery dates go beyond the 21st. Don't know if this is common to all stores across Europe.

At least most people will be happy to get their device on the 21st which is great.

I almost went for the 256GB with my iPhone 8 but stuck with 64GB for this same reason. I took a trip around Thailand for 2 weeks last year and take a lot of photos/videos, turns out 64GB was just fine.

So sticking with 64GB this year as I'm sure it will suit all of my needs.

I’m sure you are right but I guess it’s better to be safe than sorry ;-))

It´s not officially released but soon will. Vodafone will release it in Spain and UK at least.

Agreed. If the price difference were lower between the two options I would have definitely gone for the 256GB.
