For me as well (delayed and today @Incheon).
I got by Macbook by n in-store pickup. I couldnt cancel the order anymore for that MBP that is arriving tomorrow. Would you guys decline the package on delivery or accept it an send it back afterwards?

I would accept it and then return it.

What @MaximTV said. I gave up on declining packages. Though not with UPS, I never could successfully decline a package. Most of the time they delivered it to a pick up store where it sat there for 2 weeks until it for returned.

There‘s some update for mine as well:

But no idea what‘s going on there. The customs scan seem to be with very similar time stamps as some of you are seeing who are now on the UPS plane to Cologne. However, I didn't get any "Departed from Facility, Incheon, KR" so far.
Still scheduled for Monday, Nov 1st.

That seems okay. Your MBP has arrived 2 days later than ours (our tracking started on Oct 25th, people who got the "in transit" notification that are not on the plane to Cologne right now are Oct 26th).

Your schedule would be transit to Cologne on Friday and delivery on Monday (if that isn't a holiday like it is in Germany and Austria).

They still have to deal with backlog that's why the Oct 26th people are still waiting for their MBPs to move.

Also keep in mind: the plane flying from Seoul to Cologne right now is the "regular" one. There are always two planes: one flying from Cologne and one flying to Cologne.

The planes usually take the same route every 2nd day (e. g. Seoul to Cologne > Wednesday & Friday).

Due to the aircraft failure the plane to Cologne is the plane that flew from Cologne during the mechanical failure and is heading back now.

It'd be the defective plane's turn tomorrow again and either it can fly again or they need a replacement. The plane flying to Cologne right now probably will be flying to Cologne on Monday again.

But since most of the planes take different routes and are interchanged quite often, it could be a non-issue as another plane could take it's place (either scheduled or as an last-minute solution).
