Exactly the same here; but the difference: my girlfriend was at home but the delivery guy didnt ring the bell. I try to pick it up now but this is kind of frustrating
Poland - both Apple and UPS were showing 2nd November delivery yesterday. Macbook Pro 16" got delivered today, which is nice I believe.

Been using mine for just over 3 hours now.
Some initial impressions:
Loving the new larger display, feels much larger than my old 15-inch, the notch doesn't bother me at all.
I haven't heard the fans spin up once yet, but I haven't done any real hard work yet. My old 2013 rMBP would have spun up the fans doing the same work, though.
Keyboard feels nice. I've tried the butterfly keyboards at work and I hated them.
Touch ID is nice. Don't have to write my password as often.
Speakers are much better, with a much fuller sound.
Webcam is brighter and shows much more detail.

Had to track the truck down in the neighborhood to make sure he delivered. It's finally here! Hope everybody else gets theirs today as well!
Keyboard is very similar to the external Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, but with a little less travel. I think I'll still always prefer to use my external keyboard due to the elevated profile (the case of the Magic Keyboard), but at least it's nicer than the butterfly.
The speakers though - I'm actually blown away how good they sound. I've had every Touch Bar MBP since 2016, and while each model somehow improved the sound a little, this is the first time where I can crank the volume up higher without realising these are speakers inside a laptop. Fuller sound is exactly how I'd describe it too.
Anybody still waiting or miss out on today's deliveries? I think UPS pulled through for almost all of us right?
Tracking says „Out for delivery“ and time window is „Friday, October 29, 11:45 - 15:45“.

Well... got my 14" a few hours ago. It's a nice device, but I really think about to return it. Not sure if I really can deal with this fat and ugly menubar. ?? Why Apple always has to make their device so... hm... "special" in uncool ways. First the Touchbar, they removed it, but to be sure there is a new ugly thing, they gave us a notch with a menu big like a school bus.
Anyone else's shipment arrived at Cologne today? It was scanned there by UPS about half an hour ago. Unfortunately delivery still scheduled for Monday rather than tomorrow. Seems they could do it, but UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday usually.
Can you be in love with a Mac? This thing is freaking awesome. And the notch? Don't even notice it anymore. Such a non issue (for me at least).

But yeah I agree it was gigantic before, and I rather have a smaller trackpad and no TouchBar for that!
Yes same here. Mine was scanned at 18:19 as well. Guess they’re traveling on the same pallet until here! Mine doesn’t actually show any delivery date, but fingers crossed for Monday as well!
Same here, Apple still thinks today, UPS mentioned Tuesday until today, then it went to check back tomorrow. It arrived in Cologne same as yours. UPS My Choice still has Tuesday. Nov 1st is a holiday in Belgium, I think UPS will not deliver then (hope I'm wrong though

Yes, mine arrived in Cologne exactly at the same time. Apple says the delivery is today, which is now impossible. UPS has been saying “check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date” since yesterday.
I’m also so impressed with the 14”. Most of al the screen. It’s insane and I didn’t expect it to be like this. But also the design. I don’t care about the notch, I’m just really happy I have the menu bar in full screen.
