First of all, I'm sorry to read about your troubles :/ Please don't hesitate to get professional help, if you think things are getting too much.So, this morning I received an automated email from Apple saying that the payment was declined. I have no idea why and there's nothing that can be done until monday when both Apple and the bank have customer service available.
It's kind of a first world problem but I'm in the middle of some depressing **** right now, involving the bureaucratic aftermath of the death of a close relative, and looking forward to getting a new laptop was what kept me motivated. And now this whole thing is another bureaucratic puzzle to figure out.![]()
And secondly, there is still a chance it won't affect your shipping window. Call Apple and you bank first thing n Monday and I'm sure it will work out. A few years ago I had a similar issue with my bank, called Apple the next day, and they manually updated my card info and there were no delays because of this.
