Finland here. Still "Processing" with an estimate of Nov 10-17 for 14", 10/16, 32 GB, 1 TB. Swedish keyboard. Apparently Apple has bought into this whole "Finland does not exist" thing. The keyboards are identical as far as I know but they used to be labeled "Finnish/Swedish".

Anyway why does so many order us keyboard but your not living in the us and your launguge has its own keyboard?
I‘m happy to explain for myself: I am a software developer, and used to work in the US for some time. There I got used to the US keyboard (they gave it to me, so I had to adapt the hard way 😃) and actually prefer it now because of how all kinds of special characters which are used quite frequently for programming are much easier to reach (e.g. \ | { } [ ] / )

Jup pretty much that, ansi vs iso thing. I also like ansi more for programming, scripting and the terminal . It’s just a preference.

Just checked the UPS app to see that they already have a tracking number and an October 27 delivery date. On Apple's website it still says Nov 3-8.
Same for me. UPS My Choice says expected delivery to be 27th October.

How did you get the tracking number for UPS?
I am also in your same condition, BTO order to Germany but still no tracking number or anything, just "Preparing to Ship". When I check the delivery details it just shows "standard delivery", which was also the only one I was able to select at checkout.
I have enrolled my address to UPS My Choice, so any shipment addressed to it are automatically visible to me in the app. Alternatively, you can use UPS's tracking but use "Track by reference", and as a reference give your Apple order number or the phone associated with the order. You can do the same with Fedex.

It's been in 'preparing for shipping' for a few days now with estimated delivery tomorrow, but still no tracking or 'Shipped' status, which worries a bit because other orders (i.e. charger) have moved to Shipped this morning with the same arrival date.

Try putting in only your order number, skip the country. That's how I found mine. Also, someone in the US thread reported DPD flight to UK, so yours might be DPD as well.
