Companies take advantage of tax laws the same as any private citizen would.

Yeah, right. The vast majority of people can't just move to Florida or Nevada or completely uproot their lives to better their tax situation. Besides, these companies flat out EVADE taxes as far as Im concerned versus bettering their tax position. They pay basically ZERO taxes. Now, you big company loving capitalists can all high five each other but guess what? YOU and your friends and relatives end up picking up the slack via higher payroll and property taxes. Those are things which most folks can't avoid or cheat with. So, next time you get your enormous property tax bill or wonder where all your payroll dollars are going, you can think of the mega trillions of UNtaxed money that's sitting in some remote country. Just wonderful.

The easy fix is to simply make a rule that says that ANYWHERE you sell your products or offer your services you WILL be liable for paying income taxes on the collected revenue. Doesn't matter where you call home base. Doesn't matter what tiny island you hide the money on. If the whole world got together and agreed to this then they'd have to pay and that'd be that.

Thats state tax, not federal income tax.

Higher property tax? Property tax is local to your area. Unless you live in Cupertino, I don't think that will affect you at all.

This makes no sense. By that logic, Google Android has 100% of the Samsung Galaxy market.
100% of the Nexus market.

I can install several google or non google ROMS and even WM , meego, linux , sailfish or firefox on a lot of android devices . I cant do that with an iphone .

Its hardware is open for software yet if apple provied the OS & it also builds in apps that compete with others in different markets (so in this case the music streaming) thats unfair. Just like when MS bundled with its OS windows built in software to watch video's .
