Yeah, I'd give them a call. But you can also see a reason on the DHL Tracking page as to why the shipment is on hold.

You will probably get an evening delivery, that is why it is on hold now.
 
Lucky guys who get them delivered early in the morning. Guess mine will arrive only after lunch, as usual.

Yeah you're right. Just called and its scheduled for late afternoon delivery. So at least it will be here today :) Upgrading from a 6s, so it'll be a big upgrade.

Quick Question: I own a full paid for iPhone X that I brought in the UK, but now I live in Germany. Would I still be able trade it in for an iPhone 11 Pro or do I have go back to the UK to do so?

According to my experience you can trade in iPhone from anywhere in Germany. A few months ago I actually asked in Apple Store Berlin if they would be willing to take my iPhone 8 bought in Poland and they were OK with that.

I think you can also check if your iPhone is viable on the Apple Store online site, when selecting "trade in" option on an iPhone purchase page. It will ask you for the serial number.
 
Mine got delivered one hour ago via DHL. (Ordered at Apple website here in the Netherlands)

Happy day to everyone that got it already! I'm getting my watch now but the phone is still 2 weeks out. Guess I'll wait with opening it since I don't have an iPhone to pair with. 😂
 
I hope I'll get my iPhone soon. It's out for delivery with UPS since 8am, but they haven't been here yet.

Nope, it will say 'out for delivery'.
 
I'm still transferring the data from my iPhone X and had to install 13.1 beta 4 first. But it looks gorgeous (SG)!
 
I’m slowly and angrily accepting the fact that DHL won’t bother with mine today. It arrived at a sorting facility near me this morning and then the updates just stopped.
