iPhone 11 European iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) Pre-Orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread

Preparing to ship too. And they didn’t even gave me a chance to cancel the order I made by mistake ... Going to try and call tomorrow to see if they can do something...

Same here. Need to cancel one as well. During the day it was not possible to make any changes.

Ordered a Pro Max 256GB Midnight Green for me and a Pro 512GB for my boss.

Will arrive the 20th (after some challenges with the payment which was rejected by CC company the first time). Both have preparing to ship as status.

At what time did you order? No idea why mine slipped out to November 26 - 1 October.

Just called Apple, the lovely lady on the phone took care of it. So now I have only one iPhone to pay and all is right
Going to get my case later today, as it’s ready to pick up at my Apple Store :)

Any chance one is able to track the iPhones’ shipping from China to Europe this year?

Yeah did the same thing, she cancelled it. So the good thing is that's cancelled, it will arrive on Friday but I wont be able to have it until Monday :D
 
hi i live in norway. I ordered the iPhone 11 pro midnight green from Apple's website. Mail I received from Apple says it will be delivered September 23-25. The status now is under-processing. will i get the phone September 23-25. talked to someone at Apple she said I should. this is the first time i have ordered directly from Apple

Yeah, it will be delivered by Sep 25. It's most likely going to be delivered on Sep 23, but there's no guarantee. :)

hey there was quick response. thanks for your reply. i travel on vacation for 4 weeks september 28, want to bring new phone on vacation.

I think you will already see a reservation on the card. On my card the full amount, 2 iPhones, was already reserved.

Same ! I’m leaving for the weekend on Friday evening. Had the iPhone delivered to a friend. I’ll have it on Monday evening.
Well... I have my iPhone Pro clear case to look at until then

Glad it’s sorted for you too.

I'm pretty sure they'll first wait for the phones to arrive in their warehouses and from there they'll treat your order like any other Amazon order and will just ship it to you :)
