There are several stores in Norway that sell it for 11990nok in stead off the 12590nok in the Apple store.
I tried Expert. They sell it for 11990 but I could not find the 9592nok you mentioned.
I do use DNB Visa, not Mastercard. Maybe that's why?
Anyway: delivery uncertain. It might come after Skylake for all I know...

Re the order merging, one of the things you learn the hard way, for Apple launches, is never ever order multiple things in a single order :/

Edit: (although AppleCare may not actually be a physical merging of items, not sure what's going on there)

I have now cancelled the USB charger that was part of my order (as I managed to get one today at Bath store today) and my delivery date for rMB order has gone back to 8/5 from 11/5 so now I know it was the USB pushed it out a week.

Don't really expect it til next week but a darned sight happier that my order has not been lost in the ether which I was beginning to think. I have a theory that a big delivery is coming over with all the current orders to a UK Hub (and other countries Hub) to speed up distribution to stores and orders. I may be wrong. It must be some kind of embarrassment to Apple that no-one can easily walk into a store and buy one off the shelf yet. It was not as bad as this when original Air came out. I got one back then after only two weeks from Regent Street.
 
My MacBook is still in Shanghai but the adapters which I also ordered with my MacBook (AV-Multiport and VGA-Multiport; Expected delivery date between 5th May - 12th May) are now also being prepared for shipment. Hope to get them with my MacBook or even earlier! :D
 
The batched UK orders due for delivery tomorrow (or, at least, the batch that mine is in), just had arrival scans in the UK :)
 
My Base Gold CC for Germany was charged, so hopefully changing to shipment tonight :D

Sweden here. Still processing, expected May 21 - June 4.

I ordered it on April 10. The first fricking day and it still would take almost 2 months to get what I ordered? This really sucks, Apple.
