Why do you think the "11-99 Foundation" has those license plate holders (for cops' private cars) with HUGE lettering on them, that can be seen by any other cop from like a mile away??

savar said:About a dozen. Cops always take advantage of out-of-state drivers; in some notorious counties they take advantage of people from nearby counties who commute through. I read recently that in the DC area they make over 3 million dollars a year on traffic fines.
