Don't laugh 🙁
I'm 16 with no job.

IBM Thinkpad X41
Logitech G5
Viewsonic 19" monitor

Of course when I actually do get a job, I'm getting a macbook :apple:
Quality of photo courtesy of ipod touch.

How do you guys keep your cables so hidden, I've managed to make my desktop look cleaner, but below it is still a total disaster! 😛

I believe that Apple's engineering and beauty is best represented in a simplistic setup

-24 inch iMac 2.8 Ghz, 2 GB Ram, 320 GB Hard Drive
- Apple Wireless Keyboard
- Apple Wireless Magic Mouse
-White iPhone 3GS (Not pictured, used to take photos)

I will add either a 11-inch or 13-inch MacBook Air in February for uni

I was gifted everything you see by my parents and am very grateful for what I have been given....no complaints with performance at all and I have never had a single problem with any Apple product!

Edit: Excuse the dim lighting, the pictures were taken at night

After looking at the 21.5" & 27" iMacs, these older ones start to look funny, haha.

Nice setup nonetheless.

Well, now that the iMac is back where it belongs, this is my setup. Unfortunately it is much messy on normal school days haha

Love the simplicity.

My current setup specs in sig. ( I actually have third monitor in triple monitor setup using usb to dvi display adapter. The third monitor sits on the shelf above the ACD ) I also have AKG 702 headphones going into the Little Dot MK III which is fed by a HRT Music Streamer II DAC. Total cost around 4500 I paid for everything except the computer. I make my money by fixing other peoples computers in my spare time.

I wish I could afford a 24" ACD. Well, actually I can, I just can't afford the taxes that come with it 😛

Nice setup!

Thanks guys, yeah taxes are crazy especially here in California.

Tubes 🙂 yes they sound amazing. Already been tube rolling ( trying out different tubes )

17 by the way ( will be 18 in a few months )

What are you feeding with those tubes?

What are you feeding with those tubes?

AKG 702's I have used quite a few headphones:

AKG 702's ( current )
ATH-M50s ( returned, did not like sound signature )
AD-700 ( really liked these but I liked the 702s more )
HD 201 ( Amazing value, great for the price but not in same league as 702s )
HD 595 ( I did not care for these at all sounded dark, veiled, and colored )
CX 300 (IEM) ( just my preference I don't care for IEM )
PX-100 ( one of my first headphones really good for price as well but again not in same league as other phones )
Grado SR 80 ( not the newer i series ) ( I thought they were way way to bright sounding for my taste also has a "in your face" kind of sound which I don't like )

so far my favorite is the 702s. I want to try out a pair of LCD 2s and HD 800s but don't know when that will happen. I am also trying to save up for a speaker system. When I get a new speaker system I might upgrade my headphone amp as well.

I want to get a Vincent audio SV-236MK amp ( around $2000 ) puts out 250wpc into 4 ohms which is needed since the speakers I want are not efficient. I want to get the Magnepan 1.7s which also run around $2000. I really like my current DAC and may end up keeping it during the process of upgrading. It depends on how much better the upgraded version of my DAC sounds. I might get a nice turntable to go with this too. It all depends on how much money I have in the next half a year.
