Apple has screwed up big time. Can not find my preorder, trade in system broken, can’t even but outright!

It was 15 minutes after before the,store even opened in Florida. Now it is back down

It came back up, got my order in but my delivery date is now Oct 9th-16th!

Had to go through Verizon store. Got my iPhone 15 Pro right away. Apple Store was a disaster. It was constantly loading and would have to start over. 👎
I had my pre-order all set up. I woke up 15 minutes early to order. Store finally went live about two minutes after the hour. Let me pull up my order and when I tapped the place order button in the app. It crashed. I kept trying to pull the pre-order back up and it kept timing out. Closed the app and tried to get back in and it wouldn’t connect. Finally it did, but pulling up the order kept timing out. Finally I just kept repeating that whole process a bunch of times and finally at 20 minutes after the hour it pulled up the order. I clicked the place order button and it hesitated forever but finally went through. I think I just got in under the wire for the 9/22 delivery date. I’ve done the upgrade program every year and I’ve never seen it this bad. You would think they would have this figured out now.
Took me half hour to get in. By that time the phone I wanted slipped. So now I’m not going to order and just wait. Maybe it’s better this way lol
My order got stuck on Apple Pay, said an error occurred. Started the order again, which eventually went thought.. but now I have two emails confirming orders... two different order numbers. What a mess, and it won't let me cancel one yet.

Had my pre-order ready for speedy checkout. After 10 minutes of this non-sense I realized Apple had a major problem going on so I ordered it through Verizon and still getting it next week, but man what a mess for Apple, how are they not ready for a launch like this? Here some screenshots of what I was seeing.

This is what I did, still got the 22nd delivery date and now apples date is all the way into October I see.
Which phone did you end up getting?
I too was going back and forth between the Pro Max and Plus. I wanted the features on the Pro Max but I wanted the lighter weight of the Plus even more so I ordered the Plus. I just had a feeling I was going to regret how heavy the Pro Max is.
