Oh, that thing that was scaringly resembling the way Instagram works nowadays?! Good it’s gone! As a reference, I left Instagram for exactly that feat on top of the dreaded adverts...

Meh? iPhone X runs like a dream here. Maybe your phone never really properly recovered from a iCloud backup from your previous phone?

Or ... it could be that your apps offload because you have too little storage capacity...

Development takes time you know. You guys will whine if they rushed it (not working correctly, tons of bugs, etc) It's prolly now in simultaneous alpha development. iOS 11.3

Still on iOS 10 on my 7+. Too many 32 bit apps. I'll have to wait for iOS 12 when I get my new iPhone to upgrade.

My iPhone 5s was crashing into reboot mode constantly, even after a clean install of iOS 11. After running the iOS 11.2.5 update, the phone is stable and faster.
 
any hope of fixes for loss of data connection when moving from wifi to cell?
toggling mobile data every other day ...
 
Having Siri read the news works reliably on my iPad Pro which I DID NOT update (it’s still on 11.2.2), but it doesn’t work on my iPhone SE which I DID update to 11.2.5 o_O
 
I just upgraded my IPhone 7+ 128GB to IOS 11.2.5 and I did some benchmarks.

For GeekBench
IOS 11.2.5:
SC Score - 3510
MC Score - 6049
For 11.2.2:
SC Score - 3506
MC Score - 5955
For Antutu
IOS 11.2.5:
Score:170638

For 11.2.2:
Score-175678

To be honest, I can’t get this to work at all. Even with just audio from Apple Music. The UI shows each device, but when I cast anything it shows “iPhone -> Apple TV” and I can’t get the Apple TV to act independently from my phone. Yes I have updated all of my devices to the latest iOS.

Seems like it's being added to the next feature release, and that's after it all only coming up in the last month. It certainly takes some amount of time to design a feature and related items to it, implement it all, test it, have it go through a beta process, and then actually release it.

The issue came up in December and we’re talking about a fix in March, and all it’s supposed to be is the ability to see battery health and possibly toggle throttling. Basically just letting the user see information that the OS has always had. I can’t imagine why that should take a quarter of a year to implement.

Until I just saw your Geekbench scores for your iPhone 7+/A10, I didn’t realize how significantly bigger the performance jump was from the A10 to the A11 (in my X) compared to the smaller jump from the A9 (in my 6s) to the A10. 10nm and 6 cores for the win.
 
How about my 6 waking up in landscape mode 7 times a day. This began to happen since iOS 11.

Anyone heard of this being fixed, there are threads about it on Apple Forums. The best answer was to put your phone to sleep with the side button whilst your pjone is in portrait mode...
 
I don’t have the new airplay titles, and I just updated iPhone X and ATV 4. Maybe it needs to detect multi devices and only then it shows?

Anyway, AirPlay has been completely f-d for me since the beginning of iOS 11, it disconnects every single time you try to play some music from iPhone over to the ATV, and only after force closing music app and about 10-12 tries does it work.

I hate it so much that I just had to write an angry rant over to Apple as feedback. It worked so well on iOS 10. :mad::(

I wouldn't call restoring Caller ID in the Phone app a small issue. You try running a business 4 months without it.
