I believe iOS 15 is already more stable. iOS 14 was the buggiest release, for me, since 11.I believe iOS 14 was refined and stable. Best in years in this regard.

Apple i have PLENTY of space at the top of safari. Stop hiding every damn icon for no reason. Geesh, now even the reload button is hidden in a menu.
How bored are these GUI people at Apple?
Yes and remember a simple tap at the top (near the notch) will zip you to the top of the page. You can pull to refresh in the new safari. I don’t think I’ve needed to tap the refresh button at all since starting to use the beta.
So yeah, stuff at the bottom needs to come up OVER the URL bar. But I like it at the bottom, it just should've been implemented exactly the same way as the bar at the top. It makes a lot of sense for it to be under my thumb. That part is great. But all the little details about tab groups and bouncing all over the place were terrible.I agree. The floating url bar gains nothing and screws up a vast swathe of the internet. So many sites/apps use a fixed footer and this makes them orphaned in the middle of the screen. Feels like change for changes sake.
Hiding icons in general is a bad idea. This whole 'hidden controls' kick that they're on is terrible. I still hate how I have to mouse over notifications in MacOS to get to see the close widget. In my opinion, having the URL bar at the bottom is the worst idea from Apple since they hid the flag icon in Mail under the reply action. Who in their right mind would think the “standard” reply icon would give you the option to flag an email? Apple was once intuitive. Now they just want to redesign their UI to make people think they are innovative.
While this is true, it sort of obviates the benefit of putting the address bar down at the bottom so you can use it without reaching to the top. It's a totally incoherent decision to put the address bar somewhere much more convenient and then force you to be at the top of the page to reload, which needs to be done by moving your hand to the top and tapping at the top of the phone. Just show the reload button all the time. People use it. Stop hiding controls people use. That goes for the share sheet too.Tapping at the top of the screen (above the address bar) takes you back to the top of the page.
iOS 15 is the first year where I‘m really excited for a new feature: SharePlayMissing the days when iOS updates were exciting. Love Apple but this is worse than meh. Long list of user requested features still ignored.
