Hmm. This update broke MagSafe charging on my 14 Pro

EDIT: OK. It works fine with the regular MagSafe charger. But with the MagSafe Duo, which interferes with the camera bumps and doesn't allow a perfectly aligned connection to be made, is far more fussy. Where as before this update it would still charge despite being titled a bit because of the the camera bumps, now it simply won't charge unless I get it JUST right. Even though it's still being held in place by the magnets some, though with the tilt I mentioned.

As noted in AppleInsider, I noticed in Control Center, that there is no "control" for my HomeKit enabled light unless I click on Home first. If I go into Settings, toggle "Show Home Control" then open Control Center with the Settings open it will show up, but as soon as I close Settings, it disappears again. This is surely a big bug! It operated like normal in the last version of iOS 15 and it's pretty irritating that I have to go through three screens just to turn on or off my light. Hopefully this is fixed in iOS 16.1!

Has anything changed with the top-left swipe down from the Home Screen (or when in an app) to see your notifications?

So if you're on the Home Screen (or in an app) and swipe down from the top-left corner, does it show ALL your notifications (like it used to prior to iOS 16)? Or is the screen still empty with no indication that you need to swipe up to see your hidden notifications?

I guess we are assured Beta 3 next week for the camera shake issue. My 14PM does not have it though.
I’m sure it’s cause they stated working on the issue yesterday and this beta was already in pipeline for few days. Next beta should have it.

I’m so happy the charging indication over the date is back! I was hoping it would come back in the beta period so I could get rid of my battery widget, but was sure it was gone for good once I saw the dynamic island announced. Happy day for me and my 13 pro!

I'm no hater - I'm a fanboy - but I LOVE how much effort it seems to take to get the battery indicator functioning in pretty much the same way it did with the original iPhone.
I think they have overcomplicated things by now effectively having two status bars, the Dynamic Island and the traditional top bar, competing with each other for the space, and being visually disparate.

Would like to have a battery indicator on the always on display so I don’t have to turn on the screen, wasting more battery, just to check it. Also, this could be solved with a battery widget for the phone.

Has the folder bug been fixed ? For some reason when opening a folder of apps it will sometimes not swipe to the left.

I cant seem to download this on my 14 pro max. Its still showing iOS 16.1 (20B5045d) as the most current version. Did they pull this or not release it? All I know is the GPS issue is huge for me as its completely unusable. Needs to get fixed. I did report it in the feedback app!

I never get a copy-paste warning. Even the previous notification in ios15 is gone in ios16 in my 13Pro. Any ideas on why?. I have an enterprise app which pasted by itself from the clipboard, before I got informed by the OS, now I get nothing. What is happening?

Any fixes for homekit automations based on location?? Having a heck of a time with all my location based automations since the 16.0 and 16.0.1 plunge

The only thing I’m waiting for…
