Apple received my iPhone 6 Plus 16GB, myAt&t is showing that my upgrade eligibility went back. I tried placing an order for an iPhone 6 Plus 64GB under the Next program again but it's giving me this memo. Strange thing is when I upgrade with an iPhone 6, it lets me process the order.

So, how many did you try to buy at one time?

Just that 1 (there's nome in my cart as well)

I discovered that I could only order two iPhone 6s per phone line. I can no longer order from the Apple online website because I ordered two and returned two iPhone 6s (defective) on one of my lines. If you have another line then you can use that one and then transfer the upgrade to yours. Or you'll have to purchase in-store.

That's the same thing that happened. I went ahead and call Apple and they're in the process of resetting my limit.

I didn't realize you could have the limit reset or that there was even a limit, so thanks for that information. I will have to call them and do that.

The lady I spoke to put in a request to have it reset, so hopefully that goes as planned. She said I should be expecting an email within 24 hrs. If this doesn't go out as planned, I'll just get the unlocked T-Mobile version, but it would be nice to get the $50 AT&T bill credit from Next as well.
