Pro tip, you can use both the macrumors promo code, and the appleinsider promo code on top of each other like I just did. Instead of paying 3,618.41 to Apple, I paid $3,097.56 to expercom.

Damn, already gone. Next time post "PM me for pro tip".

I actually don't mind deals being posted in the MacRumors news feed (isn't that obviously relevant to Apple fans?) but there are way better deals for the 16" on slickdeals right now.

Shame on MacRumors for disguising Advertising as an article.

And Shame on Apple for discounting MacBooks with defective keyboards that should have been recalled.
MBP16, even with discounts are still expensive so nothing to care about.

I'm gonna venture a guess that they somehow reject that order - it's possible you're paying less than what it costs them, at that price.

I had a great experience getting my 16” MacBook Pro from Expercom. 👍

People, I don’t know, maybe if the article just pointed out better that it is not a news piece but a series of sales options for us readers to save money, would that be acceptable to all of you complaining?
I’m on the verge on getting a custom MacBook Pro 16” and was happy to have bumped into this article. Would rather keep’em coming... for iPads, MacBooks, etc

Nacho98, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is similar to many online Apple dealers; you can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund. You can see the return window on our website: http://expercom.com/pages/policies

chino-rican, shipping for any MacBook Pro is just a penny!
You conveniently don't mention the 15% restocking fee.

1) Then maybe the company shouldn't allow custom configurations if it's such a problem for them.

What a stupid thing to say, a company shouldn’t cut off it’s nose because of a handful of selfish customers.

The customer is very rarely right, the customer is quite often an idiot.
