Run it for a few days and then post those screenshots. The energy tab tracks usage over time, so it isn't helpful to post those right after rebooting. Basically, if any of those in that tab are high, they are the culprit. If safari is the highest, then it is probably flash that is causing the problem. It could be due to a lot of ads that are popping up, which can be addressed by installing an adblocker. If it is youtube, etc, then you can try moving to html5 on youtube. You can actually opt in and use html5 over flash in youtube, which is a lot more efficient.
Also, of course energy usage is high right after booting up. Your computer is reloading all the programs, drivers, etc.
