External HD won't show up

Hey hafr, yes i did see it except its an external drive so i am not exactly sure how i would do that? Also the enclosure is sealed so its not easy at all.
A recovery would cost about 228usd so it wouldn't be that bad and i am still considering that, but i did already order a new drive so in case it can be recovered i will back it up immediately.
