I had a pleasant launch with Best Buy as well. Like many other people I wanted to take advantage of my gift cards and earn reward points. I got up around 7 drove to my local Best Buy no one in line. By 7:45 people started coming out their cars and had a line of about 20-25 people. Got my reserve ticket by 8:15am and grabbed some coffee/breakfast after. Came back at 9:45am and there was a line of 40+ people now but when they finally opened at 10, all the people with tickets were serviced first 
. Was in and out of Best Buy by 10:40am and then I raced over to the Apple Store to get AppleCare+ added.
