Facebook not working on iPhone 4

Probably has something to do with farmville being connected to facebook and the iPhone. As we all know what that gets ya.

It was working when I got my phone. But for some reason today it won't open all the way. I'll click it. And it open with white screen where status' should be. Then closes.
Deleted and redownloaded. Still.
Haven't tried my account on a regular computer so maybe that. But probably not.

Any ideas?

OP it's your fault! Mine was working fine until I came across this thread! Damn you! Damn you to hell!!!

Mine not working either. I have a notification and I remember about a year ago there was an issue with notifications and crashes. Does everyone who's having a problem have a notification?

I am showing 1 notification.

Yep, it just keeps crashing, tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting phone, nothin works

yep - she's down. FB apparently has encountered a security breech and has disabled the app. Not sure if it's limited to iPhones tho.

yeah, mine worked well until now, but I have friends that didn't upgrade to iOS4 and doesn't have problems.
my wife's 3gs with iOS4 is crashing as well.


my theory is that FB just did something new to their servers that is not compatible with FB and iOS4.


edit: a friend with iOS 3 just told me that his FB is crashing, so it's not iOS4 exclusive nor iPhone4

Just stopped working for me! I'm gonna throw my ip4 in the trash burn it then buy a new one. That should fix the issue!
