If YOU lose your glasses, then use the passcode that’s presented to you after just 2 failed attempts of Face ID, unlock your phone and re-register your face until you get some new glasses.

If you hear a break-in in the night, reach for your phone, press ‘emergency’ on the lock screen, and call the police. You don’t need to unlock the phone to make an emergency call...

Excellent points, all of them. But will you find the phone without your glasses when they are broken or misplaced?

It’s more ridiculous that you think it’s ridiculous lol I’ve lost hope in humans. Poor us, we have to take our Fing glasses off for our phone to register our face! HOW DARE THEY. Lol pitiful

How is what he said ridiculous? They had something that worked perfect before and now something that does not. And if you say anything about gloves. Wearing gloves is a choice. Glasses not so much, it’s either you wear them or you can’t see. And once again he paid good money for his phone. He shouldn’t have to take things off just unlock it.

My iPhone X FaceId works with or without glasses no issues at all. It even unlocks in a completely pitch black room without problems. The only time it has problems is in very bright direct sunlight or horizontally...
