iPhone 13 Pro Max FaceTime audio cuts off every second!!!

using FaceTime on this damn iPhone is impossible!! The person on the other end can’t hear anything every 4-5 seconds. The audio complete cuts off.

Apple support had zero solution for this! Wtf is this.

Three things:

1. Have you done basic troubleshooting? ie, restarting with all apps closed from multitask view, et al.
2. Have you checked your signal strength on cellular or that your Wi-Fi speeds are consistent?
3. Have you checked that the other party has consistent internet connection?

Also, you can also call Apple to setup the appointment or have some over the phone tech support.
