FaceTime icon keeps popping up tvOS 17 😔

I installed tvOS 17 and tried FaceTime. Now a FaceTime icon keeps popping up in the top right hand corner of the screen even when I’m using apps like YouTube. It’s very annoying. What Does it mean and how can I stop it from appearing?

In the top right hand corner are the details of the logged in user, it’s not a FaceTime icon, just your user avatar. I don’t think you can select the icon from the homescreen, you might be able to turn the feature off in the AppleTV settings.
